With the EOH Series (LFP) and the Kaptein Series (NMC), we offer modular high-voltage storage solutions for electric and hybrid propulsion systems as well as maritime energy supply - from megayachts to passenger vessels.

Your responsibilities:

  • Technical design and planning of customized battery storage solutions
  • System sizing and specification
  • Development of technical concepts, specifications, and requirement documents
  • Collaboration with sales, project management, partners, and service providers
  • Support with commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Contribution to product development
  • Establishment and further development of internal processes and tools

Your profile:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, energy systems, industrial engineering, or similar
  • Experience in technical project development, ideally in the energy sector
  • Solid understanding of battery systems and marine power networks
  • Basic knowledge of automation technology and maritime standards
  • Hands-on mindset, business-oriented thinking, and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent German and good English skills

Project/Order Manager (m/f/d)

What it’s all about

TESVOLT OCEAN is a German-Norwegian joint venture and a pioneer in the development of sustainable battery storage systems for the maritime industry.
As Project/Order Manager (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for the operational handling of customer orders – from handover by the sales team to delivery and installation – including communication, logistics coordination, documentation and reporting.

Your responsibilities:

  • End-to-end order management: You will oversee projects from order placement through to delivery and installation -including documentation and compliance with maritime standards.
  • Logistics & supply chain management: Planning and monitoring international supply chains.
  • Communication & coordination: You will act as the key interface between clients, project management, sales and partners – clarifying technical and commercial requirements efficiently and solution-oriented.
  • Process optimisation & digitalisation: You will identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the further development of digital tools such as ERP systems.
  • Reporting & risk management: You will prepare supply chain status reports, support risk assessments, and bring structure to complex projects.

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in order processing - ideally in the energy/maritime sector or mechanical engineering.
  • Technical understanding of logistics processes, supply chains and maritime regulations (e.g. IMO standards).
  • A structured and self-reliant working style with a hands-on attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary, international teams.
  • Excellent German and English skills (Mandarin is a plus).
